This is a 5 lb container of our pure Vermont maple granulated sugar. Made from our own Vermont Grade A maple syrup which is all natural and 100% sustainable. You'll be glad to know that we are still tapping the very same trees that our ancestors were tapping for over a century. We take our own Vermont Grade A maple syrup and boil it down even more and then beat it as it cools to make granulated sugar. It is one of natures all natural and delicious sweeteners and unlike syrup it has an almost indefinite shelf life and needs no refrigeration after opening. Perfect for cooking or use it as an alternative sweetener for coffee. Try it on ice cream, toast, popcorn, desert or anything else you can think of.
